1. General Information Regarding Your Application Rights:

In accordance with Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, as a data owner, you can apply to Deva Tekstil Madencilik İnşaat Petrol Ürünleri Sanayi Ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi (hereinafter referred to as Aforia Thermal Residences) and make the following requests:

(1) To learn whether your personal data is being processed

(2) To request information regarding your personal data if it has been processed,

(3) To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,

(4) To learn the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred, either domestically or abroad,

(5) To request correction of your personal data if it is processed incompletely or incorrectly and to request that the action taken in this context be notified to third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred,

(6) To request the deletion, destruction or anonymization of your personal data in case the reasons requiring processing are eliminated, even though they have been processed in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6698 and other relevant laws, and to request that the action taken in this context be notified to third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred,

(7) To object to any adverse results arising from the analysis of your processed data exclusively through automated systems,

(8) To request compensation in case you suffer damages due to the unlawful processing of your personal data.

2. Application Method:

You may contact us regarding your requests within the scope of your rights listed in Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, as stated above, in accordance with Article 13 of the law and Article 5 of the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, in writing or using the registered electronic mail (KEP) address, secure electronic signature or the e-mail address you have previously provided to us.

In accordance with Article 13, Paragraph 2 of the Law, your requests will be responded to within 30 days of receiving your request, depending on the nature of the request. Our responses will be provided to you in writing or electronically, in accordance with Article 13 of the relevant law.
