INFORMATION TEXT WITHIN THE FRAMEWORK OF THE PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION LAW

This information text has been prepared by Deva Tekstil Madencilik İnşaat Petrol Ürünleri Sanayi Ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi (hereinafter referred to as Aforia Thermal Residences) as the data controller within the scope of Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to be Followed in Fulfilling the Information Obligation.


1. Identity of the Data Controller:


Your personal data may be processed by Aforia Thermal Residences, acting as the data controller, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, within the scope explained below.


2. Purpose of Processing Personal Data:


  • Communicating with you,

  • Informing about products through means such as e-mail and online advertising,

  • To present you with special campaigns and promotional activities regarding our products and services,

  • Confirmation of the call, information and consultation processes about our company's services and campaigns,

  • Marketing activities

  • It will be processed for communication purposes in pre-contract negotiations.


    • 3. To Whom and For What Purposes Your Personal Data May Be Transferred:


    Your personal data will be shared with our business partners who provide call center services, SMS and mailing companies, limited to Google and Facebook located abroad within the framework of advertising activities, and with our other branches located in the country and our company's common global server located abroad due to the use of a common server, in order to carry out marketing operations and to communicate with you within the framework of all kinds of information, promotion, advertising and other purposes in order to better present products and services.


    4. Method and Legal Reason for Collecting Personal Data:


    The personal data you provide in the online application form will be transferred to the electronic archive and information systems of Aforia Thermal Residences and kept in a digital environment by automatic means, based on the legal grounds that data processing is mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller, for the purposes specified in Article 2 of this Information Text, provided that it does not harm the concept of explicit consent in Article 5/1 of the KVKK and the fundamental rights and freedoms of the relevant person.

     

    5. Your Rights Under KVKK:


    Your rights under Article 11 of the Law, without prejudice to the situations stipulated in Article 28 titled “Exceptions” of the KVKK, are as follows:

    By applying to our institution,

  • Learning whether your personal data is being processed,

  • Request information regarding your personal data if it has been processed,

  • To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose,

  • Knowing the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred, either domestically or abroad,

  • Request correction of your personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed,

  • Request the deletion or destruction of your personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the Law,

  • Request notification of the transactions made pursuant to clauses (d) and (e) above to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,

  • To object to any adverse outcome arising from the analysis of your personal data exclusively by automated systems,

  • If you suffer damage due to the unlawful processing of your personal data, you have the right to demand compensation for the damage.


    • As personal data owners, if you submit your requests regarding your rights in writing using the "Data Owner Application Form" available on the website https://www.aforiathermal.com, or in a way that verifies your identity by using registered electronic mail (kvkk@aforiathermal.com.tr), a secure electronic signature, a mobile signature, or an electronic mail address previously provided by the relevant person and registered in its system, our company will process the request free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the process requires additional costs, the fee set by the Personal Data Protection Board will be charged.
