OUR HOTEL POLICIES
The maximum number of guests per room depends on room types. Please check room type descriptions for details. Children ages 12 and older are considered adults. Room rates include all taxes. Reservations can be extended at current rates.
In the Flexible Payment Plan, your reservation is confirmed without any prepayment and with free cancellation and changes.

To convert your accommodation request into a guaranteed reservation, you must make a minimum one-day prepayment. If payment is not made and communication is not established, your reservation will be canceled. We can send you a payment link, or you can transfer funds using the company's IBAN information provided, or you can enter your credit card information using the link in the confirmation email. We would like to remind you that changes and refunds will not be accepted for reservations made during special holiday periods.
If you arrive at the hotel before normal check-in time, you can get assistance from the hotel reception to store your luggage until you are ready to check-in or until your normal check-in time arrives. Early check-in is subject to room availability and occupancy. Please contact the hotel prior to your arrival to request early check-in.
For late check-out requests, please contact the hotel front desk at least 24 hours before departure to inquire about late check-out availability. Late check-outs after 12:00 PM may be subject to a full day's room rate.
SMOKING POLICY
At Aforia Thermal Residences, all rooms are designated as non-smoking. In accordance with local laws, smoking is prohibited in indoor areas. Guests are welcome to enjoy the pleasure of smoking in designated outdoor areas. Additionally, each room features a spacious balcony with seating, providing ample space for smoking.
PET POLICY
Pets are not allowed.
